Colter Shaw brought on Bobby’s cousin Randy to serve as a tech savant to aid him in his missing persons cases. When addressing Bobby’s previous season 2 absences from the show, Elwood hinted toward Eric’s schedule playing a part. So it’s a long answer to saying, I haven’t quite figured out the motor of the show yet, moving forward in season 3, but it’s one of the things we’re going to talk about when the writers get back in the room.”
