Wicked alums Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth join film's stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo at premiere
The duo portrayed Elphaba Thropp/Wicked Witch Of The West and Glinda The Good Witch Of The North, respectively, during the initial run on Broadway in 2003.
Rounding out her overall look, Grande pulled her hair back into a polished bun to showcase her pearl earrings, and added a cute ribbon to the mix. After their photos together, Ariana and Cynthia reunited with Idina and Chenoweth, the ladies who originated the roles of Elphaba and Glinda in the Broadway musical Wicked, on the red carpet. The New York City native carried a black clutch purse featuring an emerald stone, a clear homage to the iconic Broadway role that earned her a Tony Award in 2004.
