Shedeur was the talk of this year’s NFL Draft — the former University of Colorado, Boulder quarterback and son of football legend Deion Sanders was passed over in the first round (where he was expected to be selected). “I love what the Browns have done this offseason, but if I’m a young QB, ain’t no way I’m going to Cleveland,” he wrote in a tweet posted in 2018, evoking Eli Manning, who famously refused to play for the team who drafted him in 2004.
