Sweeney, 27, was spotted at the Backyard Bar in Key West, Florida, on Wednesday, April 16, where she and two unidentified pals wowed at karaoke via footage obtained by TMZ. “They have talked about selling the home once it is done down the line and are hoping to make a profit but haven’t made a decision yet,” the insider said, adding that for now, Sweeney “spends a lot of her time in Florida” and her other L.A. pad.
