In the Sunday, April 6, season 3 finale, Nivola’s character made a protein shake using a blender that his father, Timothy ( Jason Isaacs), previously used to make a round of poisoned piña coladas to give to his family (except Lochlan). While Timothy ultimately didn’t give the toxic fruit-infused cocktails to his wife and kids, Lochlan used the same blender to make himself a protein shake the following morning without rinsing it out first.
