For the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday, March 2, Jenner, 29, wanted her makeup to be a bit “on the darker side” with the same signature glow she regularly dons. Phillips gave the Kardashians star the exact eye look she wanted, which included bronzed eyeshadow and flirty lashes that came courtesy of L’Oreal Paris Panorama mascara Jenner also gave a shout-out to her vintage 1992 Mugler dress, featuring a rubber lace silhouette, long pagoda sleeves and a keyhole cutout.
