Appearing on spin-off series It Takes Two alongside partner Luba Mushtuk on Friday, just hours after hurting himself Nick revealed he using crutches and was awaiting an MRI. But the broadcaster admitted revealed he kept his chronic fatigue a secret over the fear that he could lose work, and even had to rest halfway up a ladder while filming a TV project. His wild antic have also had long term effects: 'My shoulders, neck, back, knees, everything is knackered because of accidents over the years,' he admits, considering his various injuries as 'a badge of honour'.
