Fans got the idea to make and wear friendship bracelets to the Eras tour after Taylor mentioned the accessory in her song “You’re On Your Own, Kid,” which was featured on her 2022 album, Midnights. As Taylor traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana, to perform her Eras tour in October 2024, Caesars Superdome made sure the venue was appropriately decked out by wrapping a giant friendship bracelet around the exterior of the building.
