'Bridgerton' newcomer Victor Alli weighed in on the chances of John and Francesca getting a steamy sex scene
While some viewers fell in love with the Netflix show’s chaste courtship traditions, many couldn’t stop talking about those steamy moments — including the cast. Based on Julia Quinn‘s novels of the same name, the series began with the love story of Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) and Simon Basset (Regé-Jean Page). “When I auditioned, I was quite nervous because it’s like I’ve got to live up to the standards of all these really hot men who have done some great flirting and pouting,” Alli joked about following in Regé-Jean Page, Jonathan Bailey and Luke Newton ‘s footsteps.
