Whoopi Goldberg Defends Taylor Swift Amid Chiefs Fans Accusing Her Of Travis Kelce’s “Slow Start” To NFL Season: “Your Team Is Doing Well, Shut Up!”
Whoopi Goldberg is not here for Taylor Swift's vilification and defended the singer amid the Kansas City Chiefs fans trying to blame her for Travis Kelce's "slow start" to the NFL season.
“Apparently they forgot that they won the Super Bowl last year with [Kelce] and they were just as tight then as they are now,” Goldberg said. Sunny Hostin agreed with Goldberg that the backlash stemmed from “the crazy MAGA people.” Following the game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes addressed Kelce’s slow start.
