Who's knocking on Bridget Jones's door? It's Thandiwe Newton's socialite daughter Nico Parker!
Nico Parker, 19, whose father is screenwriter Ol Parker, was seen filming at Bridget's home in Hampstead, London, in a scene where, with some trepidation, she knocks on her door.
She donned jeans and a cream padded jacket for the shoot while her young co-stars, who play daughter Mabel and son Billy, wore school uniforms. In the new film, Bridget enjoys a fling with Rockstar and PE teacher Mr Walker, as played by 12 Years A Slave actor Chiwetel Ejiofor as well as reviving her on-off relationship with Hugh Grant's Daniel Cleaver. Chiwetel, 46, was seen shooting scenes last week which means only Hugh and Colin Firth – who has a small role in the movie as the late Mark Darcy – are yet to be spotted in character.
