Who Is Replacing Hilary Farr on ‘Love It or List It’? HGTV Reveals New Host After Her Exit
After Hilary Farr shockingly announced her exit from Love It or List It in 2023, HGTV revealed the person who will be replacing her in the new season.
Designer Page Turner will be replacing Hilary as David Visentin ’s cohost on Love It or List It, HGTV announced in a February 2025 press release. “In the eight newly ordered hour-long episodes, Page will go head-to-head with the series’ longtime real estate agent, David Visentin, to help homeowners who are fed up with their digs,” the press release said. “In each episode, Page will renovate their lackluster property into the home of their dreams while David searches for a new house that will better fulfill all their needs.”
