Who Is Kanye West’s Cousin That He Wrote a Song About?

The rapper claimed that he had an incestuous relationship with a cousin until he was a teenager.

In an April 2025 X post, West wrote, “Perhaps in my self-centered mess I felt it was my fault that I showed him those dirty magazines when he was 6 and then we acted out what we saw.
