Whitney Cummings Explains Why Sabrina Carpenter Was Passed For ‘Roseanne’ Revival & Jokes She Deserves “Percentage Of Her Touring Money”
Whitney Cummings was fiery while appearing on CNN's New Year's Eve Live with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen, taunting the co-hosts.
“No one passes on Sabrina Carpenter for anything,” Cummings told Cohen before explaining, “She came in and she was not a match for a million reasons.” Carpenter went on to find success in music, and Cummings joked, “I deserve a percentage of her touring money for not hiring her. Carpenter auditioned for Roseanne after starring in Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World, where she played the role of Maya Hart throughout the show’s three seasons.
