Hurley and Billy Ray, 63, appeared to hard launch their romance on Sunday, April 20, sharing a joint Easter-themed photo via Instagram with the singer kissing the actress on the cheek. Billy Ray shares Brandi, 37, Trace, 36, Miley, 32, Braison, 30, and Noah, 25, with ex-wife Tish Cyrus, whom he was married to from 1993 to 2022. The pair have not discussed their past drama publicly but a source told Us in August 2024 that Tish and Noah were “working on rebuilding their relationship.”
