As part of the soap's 40th anniversary week celebrations, viewers will finally learn the identity of Cindy Beale's Christmas Day attacker, reports the Mirror. After her affair with Junior Knight was publicly exposed at The Vic, thanks to Lauren's betrayal, Cindy was left critically injured after being struck on the head with a shovel in the Square Gardens. Jamie and his professional partner, Michelle Tsiakkas, lasted an impressive ten weeks in the BBC competition and have since dazzled audiences nationwide on the show's tour.
