“Allegedly we’re moving downtown to this fancy shmancy state-of-the-art studio,” the All My Children alum told viewers at the time. “If you work here, you will know backstage there is such seasonal confusion … There are wreaths, there are Christmas trees, I saw a turkey, there’s an American flag, a bunch of pumpkins,” Kelly joked. During an episode of Live on April 7, 2025, Kelly and Mark appeared in a temporary filming location inside of the new building before they could move into the new studio.
