In the weeks leading up to the news of the princess' diagnosis, the online world was awash with rumours, but experts quickly heralded Prince William and Kate's silence on the bizarre theories as a move to protect their young children. “It’s hard to see how the children could have been shielded from every headline, every front page, news report and social media storm in this latest frenzy,” former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told OK!. Jennie also feels the couple - whose parenting style has been largely governed by what they have learnt during Kate’s research into early years development - will have broached the subject of the online theories with Lambrook School.
