When Is Diddy's Next Court Date? Details on His Upcoming Trial

Diddy is set to go to court after being arrested in New York City on sex trafficking and racketeering charges on September 16

In appeal paperwork filed by his attorney Marc Agnifilo on Wednesday, Diddy agreed to undergo weekly drug testing, not allow women outside of his close family and friends to visit his Miami home and provide a log of all visitors to the court, according to Rolling Stone. Among the indictment’s other revelations, Diddy and members of his company, Combs Enterprise, allegedly participated in “Freaks Offs,” which were described as “elaborate and produced sex performances” that took place in hotels. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community.”
