Buckingham Palace announced in February 2024 that King Charles III received a cancer diagnosis one week after he was admitted to The London Clinic to undergo treatment for an enlarged prostate. “In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous,” Kate said in a March video released by Kensington Palace.
