The Sexy Back singer, 43, was pulled over in the early hours of Tuesday morning after police officers spotted him veering across a road in Sag Harbor, New York, and running a stop sign. Jessica, 42, who was filming 100 miles away in New York City, is said to be thankful that her husband is alive, but fears something more severe could happen in the future if he doesn't make changes. The father-of-two had been drinking with friends at the American Hotel bar in Sag Harbor when he decided to get behind the wheel of his car and attempt to drive off shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
