Both the WGA West and PGA are helping to provide financial assistance to members affected by the LA wildfires
The WGAW also shared other resources, including a survey for those who have lost their homes or were forced to evacuate and are in need of specific items so that the organization can help procure them. The WGAW and the PGA are the latest Hollywood organizations to pledge additional financial assistance to wildfire relief, following in SAG-AFTRA’s footsteps. The remainder of this year’s award season remains uncertain as most organizations shift their focus to wildfire relief efforts for the time being.
