Wendy Williams Spotted at Miami Airport Amid Ongoing Health Battle
Wendy Williams was seen arriving at the Miami International Airport on Saturday, February 15
“As Wendy’s fans are aware, in the past, she has been open with the public about her medical struggles with Graves’ Disease and Lymphedema as well as other significant challenges related to her health,” a February 2024 press release read. The statement added, “The decision to share this news was difficult and made after careful consideration, not only to advocate for understanding and compassion for Wendy, but to raise awareness about aphasia and frontotemporal dementia and support the thousands of others facing similar circumstances.” Per the insider, Williams only uses a mobility scooter — like the one she was seen using on Saturday — on occasion to help manage getting around amid her lymphedema battle, where a blockage in the lymphatic system causes a buildup of fluid that leads to swelling.
