Wendy Williams has shut down claims that her ongoing dementia battle has made her 'permanently incapacitated' in a rare radio interview on Thursday morning. In an Instagram post before the interview took place, Charlamagne penned a caption about conservatorships and guardianships, which he insisted are 'designed to preserve dignity' and 'not control.' 'Wendy Williams' family is unable to speak on her current condition and location due to ongoing litigation and the fact that they have largely been denied contact,' the source told the outlet.
