Weezer Will Still Play at Coachella After Scott Shriner's Wife's Arrest

Weezer bassist Scott Shriner's wife Jillian Lauren was released on $1 million bond after her arrest for attempted murder and officer-related shooting

The Hollywood Reporter confirmed on Thursday, April 10, that the band remains on the California music festival’s lineup despite Lauren’s recent felony arrest for attempted murder. Weezer and Ed Sheeran were announced to be joining the event’s musical lineup on Saturday, April 5, after FKA Twigs dropped out of her scheduled performance due to visa issues. “I’d like to thank the Academy, my amazing hair and makeup team, and the lighting designers here at #glendaleadventisthospital,” Lauren wrote via Instagram on March 4, sharing a pre-op selfie in a hospital bed.
