21-year-old Alyssa Raghu pulled the ultimate steal on her best friend and roommate on American Idol this week, sneaking into 20-year-old Julia Davo’s failed audition. That’s when Raghu comes in to greet the judges and console her friend, before suggesting, “I know you said that my voice was going to grow until I was 21, and you said that when I was 15, but just for giggles, I’d love to sing you something.” Despite Perry’s thoughts, Richie and Bryan disagreed, ultimately sending Raghu to the next round with her impromptu audition.
