As promised, Taylor Swift is giving fans sneak peeks at the four surprise songs featured in Disney+’s upcoming extended version of the Eras Tour film every day until the streaming edition drops – and the first track on the list is so scarlet, it’s “Maroon.” In a 25-second clip premiered by Good Morning America Tuesday (March 12), the 34-year-old pop star sits at her floral-painted piano on the B-stage of her enormous live production. After becoming available to rent on-demand in December, the project will now find a new home on Disney+ Thursday (March 14), featuring previously cut footage of Swift singing “Cardigan” as well as “Maroon” and three other acoustic tracks.
