Watch Sting Perform ‘I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart)’ on ‘Colbert’

Sting appeared on 'The Late Show' to perform his song "I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart)."

Sting stopped by The Late Show to showcase his recent single, “I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart).” Joined by his current live band, the musician performed the rousing rock number on electric guitar and vocals. The trek, part of the musician’s Sting 3.0 tour, kicked off at the Fillmore in Detroit, Michigan on Sept. 17 and features a string of shows in cities such as Toronto, Philadelphia, Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, and San Francisco. Earlier this year, Sting teamed up with Billy Joel for their One Night Only slate of co-headlining shows, with with both artists popping up during the other’s set to help sing one of their classic songs.
