Watch Sebastian Stan Replace ‘Thunderbolts*’ Film Poster With One For ‘*The New Avengers’

Marvel tweeted a video of 'Thunderbolts*' star Sebastian Stan covering a poster for the film with one that reads '*The New Avengers.'

Stan, clad in black from head to toe like his character Bucky often wears, and definitely does so in his latest MCU film, can be spotted on a stroll with some rolled up posters, and once he sees one at the bus stop, he stops to place a poster that reads*The New Avengers over it. Ahead of this latest promotional clip for the film, which arrived in theaters Friday, May 2 and opened to $74M, Marvel also posted a vide o of Stan’s co-star Florence Pugh, who plays Yelena Belova in the MCU, tearing off the*Thunderbolts title to reveal a*The New Avengers title beneath it on a poster for the film surrounded by the cast, Olga Kurylenko, Hannah John-Kamen, Wyatt Russell, David Harbour, Stan, Geraldine Viswanathan, Lewis Pullman and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Those who have seen the movie will know that Thunderbolts comes from the name of Yelena’s pee-wee league soccer team, though the group of very different, formerly lone wolf characters — Winter Soldier, Ghost, John Walker and Alexei Shostakov aka Red Guardian — disagree on the nod to Belova’s childhood memories.
