The Blackpink singer took the spotlight during Charli XCX ‘s concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn last night to showcase the viral choreography. The so-called apple dance was created by Kelley Heyer, who was inspired by Charli XCX’s Brat song “Apple.” It became extremely popular on TikTok, and was embraced by the singer herself. When Charli XCX recently performed at Coachella, the cameras locked on Alex Consani, Gabbriette, and Quenlin Blackwell as they led the dance.
