The reality star celebrated her birthday on Feb. 17, nearly three months after surprising fans with the announcement that she and husband Carter Reum had welcomed their second child-- a baby girl named London -- via surrogate. The couple shocked the world in similar fashion less than a year earlier when she revealed they were new parents to their baby boy, Phoenix.
