Nicole Scherzinger performed “As If We Never Said Goodbye,” an emotive song from the Broadway musical Sunset Boulevard, during an appearance on TheLate Show With Stephen Colbert. The revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical Sunset Boulevard began previews on Broadway at the St. James Theatre in September, and will run through July 6. “I felt I knew exactly this feeling of abandonment, the constant thread of loneliness, the insatiable need for affirmation, validation,” Scherzinger told TheNew York Times.
