Watch Ed Sheeran Fall Down, Then Get Up Again Like a Champ

The “2Step” singer posted a video of his near-disaster trip on the way to stage in Japan.

With his trusty acoustic guitar in hand, Sheeran briefly crashes to his knees, but almost instantly recovers and hops up to strum his instrument while turning around to the below-stage void behind him with a knowing smile. “Styled it out,” Sheeran wrote in an Instagram post featuring the video, which ends with the iconic gif of Keanu Reeves giving a rain-soaked thumbs up from 1991’s Point Break. Sheeran spent much of 2023 on the road playing stadiums across Australia/New Zealand and North America before picking up the tour’s dates in the Middle East earlier this month with gigs in Bahrain and the UAE.
