Watch Diplo Perform to an Empty Ocean in Antarctica: ‘It’s One of My Favorite Sets’

Last month, Diplo played what was surely one of his coolest sets ever, both literally and figuratively — performing from the helipad of a ship in the Southern Ocean off the coast of Antarctica. Today (Jan. 23), the producer shared the full 90-minute performance on YouTube, with the video using multiple cameras to capture the vast ocean and epic snow-covered landscapes of the world’s southernmost continent. “We made sure to follow all strict land guidelines to bring a video to life that not only captures my set but the beautiful untouched landscape of the Antarctic,” he wrote.
