Watch Charli XCX Bring ‘Brat’ to the Middle of Times Square
Charli XCX hit the stage in New York City's Times Square for a surprise performance on Monday, where she sang tracks from her album 'Brat.'
After teasing a New York City surprise following her Saturday Night Live appearance over the weekend, Charli XCX took the stage in Times Square Monday evening to play several songs for fans in attendance. H&M announced the performance a mere 30 minutes before Charli hit the stage, with the clothing company playing a red-colored advertisement on the giant screens, and sharing the news on the brand’s social media. She sang her track “Sympathy Is a Knife” and Brat single “360.” She also participated in a Domingo skit as she and Heidi Gardner, Ego Nwodim, and Sarah Sherman parodied Chappell Roan’s “Hot to Go.”
