Warner Bros. has landed a new film from director Ryan Coogler
The project reunites Coogler and Jordan who have collaborated on the Creed and Black Panther franchises, and first made their mark together on the critically acclaimed Fruitvale Station. Discovery continues to build out an impressive slate of new projects as they carve a path for an array of filmmakers to make their home with the studio. Recent projects announced include Paul Greengrass’s Drowning, based on the bestselling book, Paul Thomas Anderson’s new film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn and Regina Hall and Maggie Gyllenhaal’s sophomore feature effort starring Jessie Buckley, Christian Bale, Annette Bening, Penelope Cruz and Peter Sarsgaard.
