Warner Bros. Discovery Officially Splitting Into Two Companies

Warner Bros. Discovery is officially getting the axe! The latest report confirms plans to split the media conglomerate into two; leaving one with massive debts.

As such, CEO David Zaslav began to take the weedwhacker to current productions, torpedoing the company’s reputation with fans and creatives while doing little to address the actual debt. While both companies currently remain unnamed, the first is set to focus on “Streaming & Studios” and will continue to be led by David Zaslav. The “Streaming & Studios” company, which will continue to be run by David Zaslav, will take on comparatively little of the debt Warner Bros.
