Warner Bros. Discovery Adds SoFi CEO Anthony Noto, Former IAC Chief Joey Levin to Board


Warner Bros. Discovery said SoFi CEO Anthony Noto and Joey Levin, who just stepped down as CEO of IAC, have been appointed to its board.

Noto and Levin will each receive cash retainers of $105,000 and stock grants of $240,000 in 2025 for serving on Warner Bros. Discovery’s board, in accordance with WBD’s compensation program for all non-employee directors. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of SoFi Technologies, Inc., a member-centric, one-stop shop for digital financial services with a strong track record of product innovation and performance. Levin previously served in roles of escalating seniority across IAC’s mergers & acquisitions group, operations, and business management teams during his more than two-decade career with the company.
