Warner Bros. Discovery Adds Former Top Twitter Executive And CEO Of IAC To Expanded Board
Warner Bros. Discovery named former top Twitter executive Anthony Noto to its board of directors, along with Joey Levin, CEO of Barry Diller’s IAC.
Noto, CEO of digital financial services company SoFi Technologies, previously spent four years in executive roles with Twitter (now X) starting after its IPO — where he served as lead banker for the transaction as co-head of Global TMT Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs — through 2018. “Both Anthony and Joey are accomplished leaders with considerable experience in relevant industries and exceptional track records of driving growth, innovation and shareholder value. I look forward to working closely with them as we continue to deliver on key strategic and operational objectives to realize the full potential of Warner Bros. Discovery.”
