A war of words has broken out between two celebrity chefs ahead of the premiere of the reboot of Channel 10's Ready Steady Cook on Friday. 'I’m just a humble chef trying to make a living,' Miguel, 44, told Women's Day on Tuesday, in response to Everett's comments. Rory Callaghan, the CEO of Southern Star Productions (now Endemol Australia), which produced the series, later defended the decision to sack Everett.
