The Ghoul (Walton Goggins) in "Fallout" Prime Video It’ll be a while until viewers return to the apocalyptic wasteland in Prime Video ‘s Fallout, but, nevertheless, Walton Goggins is providing an update to the second season of the breakout drama. Fallout, which moved its filming locale from New York to Los Angeles following a $25 million tax credit, briefly delayed its return to production due to the California wildfires. Executive produced by Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy, Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner, Goggins stars alongside Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, Sarita Choudhury, Michael Emerson, Leslie Uggams, Frances Turner, Dave Register, Zach Cherry, Johnny Pemberton, Rodrigo Luzzi, Annabel O’Hagan and Xelia Mendes-Jones.
