Vogue caught the eye in an elegant silver dress with a mock-neck detail, teamed with a pair of matching strappy heels as she posed for photos alongside Spencer The Irish presenter celebrated Otto's second birthday in April, but a subsequent trip to Legoland at Windsor Resort in Berkshire almost went awry when the infant bit his father in the groin.
