Viviane Thibes has filed a petition to establish a parental relationship for her kids with Cameron Douglas and is asking for primary legal and physical custody of their children.
According to the petition, Thibes is also asking for primary legal and physical custody of their two kids, with visitation for Douglas. In February, Douglas celebrated Thibes' birthday, sharing an adorable picture of their two kids on Instagram. In the sweet shot, Thibes held their son in one arm and had their daughter in the other, smiling as the trio sat on a floral swinging bench.
