Vito beat competition from a Welsh terrier named Verde to claim the prize during Thursday’s Thanksgiving Day coverage of the contest on NBC. Comet, the lovable golden retriever on Full House, become one of the most iconic TV pets though he is far from the only animal companion the sitcom cast worked with on set. “Good luck to all the wooden Rudolphs out there,” Aniston captioned a December 2022 Instagram photo of a DIY reindeer made out of wood and pine needles.
