Vinnie Jones sparks fears as he opens up on health battle and 'bad days'

Footballer and actor Vinnie Jones discussed the importance of mental health and his own battle during a heartfelt conversation where he admitted he still has 'bad days'

During an appearance on BBC Breakfast via video call, Vinnie spoke to presenters Sally Nugent and Ben Thompson who were joined on the famous red sofa by special guests Tom Dunning and his football buddy Lukas Jonassen. Tom became a lifesaver for Lukas when he suffered a collapse on the pitch, drawing inspiration from Vinnie's memorable CPR advertisement to perform life-saving chest compressions. Despite it being six years since the ad aired, Tom recalled the crucial message at the perfect moment, administering "hands-only CPR" for an intense 15 minutes.
