Inductees into VidCon's inaugural Hall of Fame at this year’s flagship event in Anaheim will include creators Rhett & Link, Smosh's founders and more.
The group of inductees “will be recognized for the significant impact they’ve had on digital culture, fandom, and the creator economy as a whole, and their influence on VidCon itself over the years,” the company said. “Years ago, we sang a song at VidCon about every content creator’s worst existential fear: the inevitable fade into irrelevance,” Link Neal and Rhett McLaughlin, who head Mythical, said in a statement. & Big Justice, Blair Imani, Dream, Jordan and Salish Matter, Kalen Allen, KREW, Like Nastya, Jesser, Merrick Hanna, Mythical Kitchen and Steven He.
