Victoria Monét revealed on Instagram on June 16 that she spent Father's Day with her father for the first time. The 'Moment' singer previously shared that she met her father for the first time when she was in her 20s.
On Sunday, June 16, the "Moment" singer, 35, shared a post on X(formerly Twitter) which featured a photo of her and her father hugging as they spent time together as a family. "I remember how you were a little girl, and you were too shy to tell your teacher that you did not have a seat so you sat with your knees bent and legs crossed and pretended that you had a chair," she said in part during the introduction. "Baby girl, not only today do you have a seat at the table, but it’s front and center as you’re inspiring young ladies to find their voice in music."
