In the snap, the fashion designer was enjoying psychological thriller novel The Wife Upstairs by American author Freida McFadden - where the main character's name is Victoria. The book Victoria was reading, The Wife Upstairs, tells the tale of a woman whose life is changed forever after a terrible accident leaves her needing constant care.
