The fashion designer and former Spice Girl, 49, suffered a 'clean break' to her foot on Valentine's Day after falling over during a work out and has been forced to wear a medical boot and use crutches while the injury heals. She was spotted on Monday - the first day of Paris Fashion Week following Milan's installment earlier this month - arriving at the Gare du Nord station in the French capital, where she was making a statement despite her injury.
