The 50 year old presenter recently graced The One Show with his presence to chat about the station's fresh campaign, Let's Move It, which is all about getting people up and active for their physical and mental wellbeing. Vernon spilled the details of the campaign to hosts Roman Kemp and Anita Rani this past Friday evening (July 19). One individual also revealed how regular exercise helped them combat severe osteoarthritis, commending Vernon with: "Well done @vernonkay for encouraging us."
